On the basis of Law N.3556/2007, the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission, EKTER, S.A. announces that on 26/02/2009, Nikias S.A., a legal entity which has strong ties with Mr. Athanasios Sipsas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ioannis Kavetsos, Managing Director and Konstantinos Stoumbos, Member of the company’s Board of Directors, has undertaken to purchase 400 common registered shares for a total value €258,00.
