The project consists of the construction of 800 guest rooms, with an area of 67.000 sq.m., in a complex with independent apartments at the Athens Zografou Technical University campus (“Katehaki” Gate).After it’s usage as the journalists’ accommodations (Press Village) during the 2004 Olympic Games, it will be used as a student’s clubhouse.The works to be executed apart from the entire building construction include the formation of the surrounding environment and access roads, and the installation & equipment of common areas (such as catering area).
